There is no tool quite like the kettlebell when it comes to strength training. The “off-set” design allows for the body to work throughout all phases of a lift. The stabilizers never get a break when pressing or overhead carries or during get–up’s. Even front squats take on a new meaning of functional training when using kettlebells. With various ways of holding the kettlebell you can even make a light kettlebell feel heavy! You will learn some of the basics of our kettlebell school of strength as well as get ideas on how to program your strength days using kettlebells.
