Kettlebell Class @ MLK

An event every week that begins at 6:15pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Kettlebell Class for all levels and abilities. Focus is on safe form and good technique with the end result a great workout and improved kettlebell skill. Plenty of kettlebells are provided.
Classes are 8 weeks in length with options to sign up for one class or up to 4 classes a week.
Payment to Andrea Du Cane.
Drop-ins are welcome.
