If you’re looking for personal training, our individualized approach fits both your needs and your lifestyle! We offer personal training in Russian Kettlebells, Pilates, and Argentine Tango, and all training includes diet and lifestyle coaching as well! Andrea will help you define your goals and develop a training program tailored to help you achieve them. Choose to meet in-person or have your personal trainer at your fingertips with our Online Personal Training option!

Locations

For in-person kettlebell training: Longfellow, South Minneapolis

For Argentine private lessons: Four Seasons Dance, Loring Park, Minneapolis

Zoom is the platform that is used for online sessions. If you prefer to use another platform please let us know.

Days and times are flexible, except during scheduled group class times. Note that workshops and conferences are often scheduled on the weekends, so please check the calendar to see the full schedule.

Ready to start a personal training program? Great! To begin, we ask that you please fill out our online Personal Coaching Client Questionnaire*. This will give us more information about your current health and fitness level and goals, and help with the initial consultation. Once submitted, we will be in touch to set up an initial meeting.
